Generally, thoroughly enjoyed this incredibly beautiful and absolutely great accommodation with great staff from the security guard. The location was awesome, so close to Alajuela and Grecia/Sarchi, the outskirts of San Jose, and airport and Walmart. There was an authentic restaurant nearby...

The grounds are fine, perfect for kids to explore while enjoying the beautiful pool area. The staff was super friendly and catered to our family's dietary needs at breakfast. We especially loved the convenience of having extra towels around the pool for the babies.
In my wife's opinion, a few more family-friendly activities would be great for kids. Noise levels from nearby areas were a bit distracting at times.

This was just a fine choice for a holiday in Alajuela with reasonable price. The dinner was delicious, especially the coconut fish. Watch out for the evening traffic noise while arriving.

A Tropical Oasis with Really good Service
The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable with high-quality linens. The breakfast included made-to-order options that were delicious, and the staff were very good too accommodate our needs. The grounds are lush and inviting. I would have appreciated a wider variety of dinner options at the on-site restaurant.
